Timeouts are one of a coach's only really influential tactics from the sideline and if they are used in a smart way, they can dramatically affect how your team plays.

Today on The VolleyPod, Davis and Tod discuss timeouts, and why, when and how to use them to great effect, as well as a few habits to avoid.
