Overcoming INNER CONFLICT to Find PEACE

Growing more frustrated and more anxious by the day, the guilt keeps piling on.

Yup. As humans - we will sell out our core values, the CORE of who we are, to get our primal human needs met - every time - if you don’t have things right on the inside.

God designed a beautiful experience for us, one with healthy, life-giving variety. But too many of us are addicted to short-term fixes and constant distractions. An INNER CIVIL WAR rages when we satiate your desires with superficial fixes and dopamine hits one after the other. It’s like a crumb when you’re starving or a bandaid on a bullet wound. 

We may recognize the toll these short-term solutions take on our souls, yet a spirit of FEAR holds us back from breaking the cycle. Fear of judgment, of time running out, and of pain itself. But operating from a place of fear means a lack of trust in God, ourselves, and others. God did not design us to operate from a place of darkness, so how do we realign? 

We have to get clear on what matters to us so we know what we’re fighting for.

In this episode, we’ll touch on these vital aspects of realigning your values to get off the grind and out of the trenches:

• How WHERE we get these needs met can cause more friction or flow in our lives
• Are you Creating from FEAR or LOVE?
• The importance of clear values and defining them
