How can you separate all that content of the mind and consciousness in order to know what is really true?

Where do we look to know?  Is it in our mind, which seems like it contains a lot of knowledge?  Is it our heart, that is the seat of our feelings?  Are you your thoughts?  Are you your feelings?

What if who and what you are and what is your truth lies beyond everything you think you know? What if you must be willing to journey far beyond; into The New Beyond in consciousness, beyond rules and road maps to discover the answers?  Are you willing to go?
