In this episode I am going to talk about the 3 Ps and how I intend to implement pacing into my life. I discuss how powering through is my general approach to life however I have learnt on many occasions, this is not possible with Long Covid. A recent event only highlighted again how important it is to understand your limits. I also talk about the importance of prioritising the things I enjoy in life rather than just tasks. I hope you enjoy the podcast, I hope to reach and support as many people as possible.
On the next podcast, I am going to talk about my experience with alcohol since having Long Covid  and how this has impacted my life, I will speak to you on the next podcast. Take care.
