In this episode I am going to talk about the 3 Ps and how I intend to implement pacing into my life. I discuss how powering through is my general approach to life however I have learnt on many occasions, this is not possible with Long Covid. A recent event only highlighted again how important it is to understand your limits. I also talk about the importance of prioritising the things I enjoy in life rather than just tasks.
