In todays client Q/A I answer the following questions:
1. Sometimes I have a desire to eat food, but it’s not a craving for a specific food and also not physical hunger. What could it be?
2. I’m struggling to keeping to 3 meals and 2 snacks. Is it okay to graze as long as I keep under my calorie goal or would it give me more peace and calm if I do stick to those meals?
3. I’m struggling with how much hunger is acceptable. If I’m hungry 1.5 hour before my meal, does that mean I’m eating too little?
