In this episode Brian sits down with 2019 NCAA Baseball National Coach of The Year, Erik Bakich, Head Baseball Coach at The University of Michigan. Bakich played at East Carolina University and after a short stint in professional baseball he went on to be an assistant coach at Clemson and Vanderbilt before taking over The University of Maryland and now Michigan. Bakich is one of the top coaches in all of collegiate sports when it comes to building a championship culture and coaching the mental game.
