As we move into this new year and think about our most important goals, relationships, projects, and desired outcomes, we want to be mindful of putting down our “sword” and not thinking that we have to fight our way to success and fulfillment. On this episode, I talk about why many of us, myself included, tend to armor up in ways that seem necessary, but don’t ultimately serve us or those around us. I also share some specific things we can do to put down our “swords” and allow ourselves to experience deeper levels of trust, connection, and performance - both individually and collectively.
