When will I feel ready? Is anyone ever ‘ready’? Am I too young? Am I too old? Will my life be over? How can I know what I may or may not be missing out on if I’ve never had it? Will it ruin my relationship with my partner? Blah blah blah…

I also share tips on how to handle when someone you love is feeling depressed/going through a depressive episode, “Choice Moms”, and the one question not to ask when you’re invited somewhere.
