Listen, full confession, I’m not a coffee drinker. I just don’t like the way it tastes and I’m convinced it’s genetic because my dad doesn’t like it either. But I’m not here to bash coffee. If you drink it, keep drinking it! It has a lot of health benefits too, particularly in regards to protecting you from developing fatty liver disease. I’m just saying, GIVE TEA A CHANCE. Green tea, especially, which is just ridiculously good for you, as well as herbal teas. Which are technically called 'tisanes'--now you know!
