268: Reducing the stigma around mental health with Ben West - Part 2

For another episode during Mental Health Awareness Week the boys chatted to mental health campaigner, Ben West. 

After Ben lost his younger brother to suicide in 2018, Ben realised he needed to take action to raise awareness around mental health, suicide prevention and make teaching about mental health awareness compulsory in schools.

Ben and the boys chat about how incredibly important it is to open up about our own experiences with mental health issues and how we can make real change tackling mental health in society.
