With 10 years of business strategy experience and a Management Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Dusan brings a wealth of business management and operational expertise to real estate investing. His partner Pri, also has an engineering background with over 10 years of experience with asset management, strategic planning, and project management. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Pri has applied technical skills and business administration expertise in his career and business ventures. Together, they created Looventures, a company that focuses on acquiring value-add multifamily apartments, self-storage facilities, and assisted living facilities. Since its inception (2020), Looventures has acquired 6 multi-family properties totaling 21 units,  24 self-storage units with a 5-acre expansion opportunity, and are in the due diligence phase of purchasing a 120-bed assisted living facility.
