Author of Gradual Awakening: The Tibetan Buddhist Path of Becoming Fully Human, Miles brings more than two decades of experience integrating Eastern contemplative wisdom with Western psychological healing.
We explore the Lam Rim, or the Tibetan path of gradual awakening—a lineage-based model of spiritual evolution that moves step by step through the layers of illusion, trauma, and identity toward the luminous nature of mind.
