Over the past decade, Kira has built pioneering brand strategy for leading consumer brands, ranging from pre-revenue to public. She’s served as a founding team member and senior management in driving two agency acquisitions - the former, an exit to a strategic buyer, and the latter, via Private Equity. She is currently an investor and Head of Partnerships at RX3 Growth Partners, a leading consumer-centric Growth Equity firm co-founded by Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, and backed by a community of professional athletes, celebrities, and institutional investors. Here, Kira oversees RX3’s value add investment strategy across its deal and operating teams.

Kira also works as an angel investor and strategic advisor to emerging and growth-stage brands, and is an active member of the Global Women in VC community.
