President Trump went on Meet The Press to set the record straight. He did not let Welker get away with any fake news or dishonest reporting. The tariffs of Chinese imports are working as a negotiation tool. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce is compiling a list of goods that are exempt from their 125% tariff as a way to ease tension and open up an avenue of negotiation. A series of recent polls have come out that seem to show that President Trump's approval is quite low. Legacy outlets have polling samples with about 25% Republicans while Trump received 50% of the vote, along with the 92% negative media coverage of President Trump, it's hard to take seriously anything these legacy outlets print or broadcast. Jim McLaughlin of McLaughlin & Associates is here to share what the real polling data says about President Trump and his approval rating.
