We also discuss how/why many people are just not aware they are even unwell until they really get a health shock, how to try to reach people who don't know they are unwell, and the dangers of speaking out about nutrition, including the persecution of doctors such as Gary Fettke (Australia) @garyfettke3210 and Dr Tim Noakes (South Africa).
