In this week’s podcast, I speak with London-based entrepreneur Damien Nicol. He owns the family business Back & Active in Belsize Park in London.

We recorded this podcast a few weeks ago before Coronavirus kicked into high gear in the UK but his message that success for him means being able to spend time with your family, resonates more so today than ever.
