Taking ownership has become a bit of a cliche for me this year! Because we have all had to take care of ourselves to a new level. Whatever it has looked like we’ve had to share a load of responsibility, stress, progress or maybe backwards steps!

Potentially a setback in confidence came as a result of all of these changes! Something I preach about is how having self belief and being able to take risks can really help you achieve whatever you want!
