With all the uncertainty that goes with her life, planning has been what allows her to carve out time for herself and her family without sacrificing her businesses. She has since grown her businesses and created positive Work+Life Harmony by using small wins and creating a morning routine.

Tess has become an amazing example of how one can stay on top of their time management, organization, and productivity and still have time for themselves. Structure is freedom!
