Full moon blessings, bbs! Venessa and Megan talk about this full moon in Gemini and the opportunity it brings to reflect on communication in the realms of love and money - and it all starts with you. We discuss the importance of effective communication for the healing process, tending to our inner realms of communication, and how breathwork can support this process, esp around the realms of release work.

Megan shares her amazing rituals including a year-end review, using a talking stone at the dining table, and we both share how creating a connection and communication with Divine/Source/God/Universe through the power of prayer can cultivate a safe container for being witnessed and accepted wholly. We explore some of our fave herbs to support the Gemini connections to the nervous system and the lungs, such as Venessa’s love affair with milky oat tops, and valerian as Megan’s trusted nightcap.
