Marla Sweeney, Heather Gollnick, Jimmy Binns are going to let you know how they keep doing what they do as they get older, and with their advice, you’ll be able to keep competing and having fun actively until your 80s, 90s, maybe even into your 100s. We had the help of Amelia Boone interviewing Marla, and Kevin Gillotti interviewing Heather.

Joe: Because they didn't want a 72 or 73 year old?

Jimmy Binns: I think a part of it was that they didn't want people thinking that anybody can walk in there and just go through the police academy.

Joe: But you would train.

Jimmy: Yeah, but I mean, it's a very vigorous and rigorous program. You know, ain't nobody walking in there and completing it, trust me, unless you really are motivated.
