Kerrilynn is also the co-author of High Vibrational Beauty, a cookbook designed to engage the senses and fuel us from the inside out. This book sits on my shelf, in my ‘aspirational’ section, telling the story of that chapter of my life when things shifted, just a little, towards more consistent daily health habits.
