In a unprecedented act, the DOJ performed a search and seizure on former President Trump's Mar-a-lago property in Florida. The search came after months of failed attempts by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to retrieve protected documents covered under the Presidential Records Act. To help us better understand what the laws mean, and how it may affect the presumptive 2024 Presidential nominee we speak with one of the country's top attorneys who specializes in National Security, Bradley Moss.
