In this episode, I’m joined by Holly Copeland, a coach, sound healer, and breathwork practitioner as she shares how her past career as a conservationist led her to deeply love the planet and lean into Earth’s energies. After healing from a serious health crisis, she went on to learn more about how to heal the body, both physically and mentally through meditation, sound work, and breathwork practices.
