I’m really excited for you to hear from today’s guest. Naomi Irvin is the owner-operator of In Your Element – a group fitness, personal training and wellness coaching business based in Ballarat, Victoria.

Naomi is one of the founding members of my online marketing program, The Modern Marketing Collective, plus she attended my first business retreat, held in 2019.

In the last financial year, Naomi experienced a 35% increase in her PT income, implemented strategies to improve the ease and profitability of her business, while creating more time for herself, other projects and her family.
