Daniel Back joins us today to discuss all things jump training. After a quick run down of how he got down to Texas, Daniel shares with us how he’s evaluating the athletes he works with so he can provide best for them with their limited time schedules. We then discuss the limitations that they see with working with high school athlete’s who are also being “worked” with their sport teams at school. He then shares with us the work he did with one specific high school jumper and what seemed to improve this athlete’s performance.
