Dr Ryan runs themovementfix.com , and is one of the smartest guys in the fitness space. I have learned so much from him over the years, I've taken his courses, so it was a pleasure and an honor for me to have him on this episode.
In true HHH fashion, we spoke almost nothing about fitness or corrective exercise (a topic both of us are experts in) and instead dove deep into mindset, life, existentialism, and all of the stuff I really like to talk about.
