It’s back to business as usual on this week’s PlayingFTSE show. We’re looking at stocks and earnings from the last seven days and we’ve got five companies on our radar.
First is AirBnB. At $130 stock had a dip after its earnings call last week, but which Steve is keen to buy and which one is holding back at this point?
Next, we’re on to Amazon – a stock that both Steves own and one that has been doing well lately. But why does Steve W’s investment thesis keep changing with this company?
After that, we’re looking at Fortinet, which is a new stock for our channel. Steve D has been loading up after a dive following the recent earnings performance, but why is the stock down?
Then it’s on to Disney, which is a complicated old mess at the moment. With a new gambling initiative, slowing D+ subscribers, and a shift to profitability, are the Steves buying?
Last, we’re talking about MercadoLibre. Both Steves used to own it and they don’t any more, but with the company going from strength to strength, is that a decision they now regret?
