We are creatures of habit. We feel safe when we know what is going to occur is our daily life. When this feeling of security and the known is challenged by the perceived uncertainty and the unknown, we become uneasy and unsure of how we should react. Having the fear of change can have some strong negative impacts on our life, stopping us from exploring what we're capable of.
