Mike is a Professor of Exercise Science at Temple University in Philadelphia, USA.
Mike's PhD is in Sport Physiology and he has been a consultant on sports nutrition to the US Olympic Training Site in Johnson City, TN.
Mike is a former competitive raw powerlifter (where he once had a number of state, national and world recorders), is a competitive bodybuilder and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler.
