My work includes facilitating lifestyle behavior change with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, stress and musculoskeletal issues.  I am well-versed in organizational wellness, including onsite and online program development and multi-year strategic wellness plans. Combined with my leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills, I excel in fast-paced, time-limited work environments.
