Katie Olderman is a trauma informed nervous system practitioner, somatic healer and women's leadership coach and mentor. She supports high achieving women in rewiring their nervous systems so they can rewrite their stories, reclaim their playful, free, authentic self and create a future that truly lights them up. Through a unique blend of nervous system healing, mind body medicine, trauma informed coaching, polyvagal theory and cutting edge neuroscience Katie helps clients understand how to work with their mind, body, heart, and soul so they can truly feel safe, loved, and supported as they build the life of their dreams and play bigger than they ever felt possible.
