As drug overdoses continue to rise, combatting the flow of fentanyl has taken center stage in America's fight against opioid abuse. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) join to discuss their bi-partisan push to designate the fentanyl crisis as a national security threat.
