This week on the show I am joined by Brenley Shapiro, who is a Toronto-based Sport Psychology & Performance Consultant, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and Certified Sports Vision Trainer. She has become the first female Mental Performance Coach for the Arizona Coyotes in the NHL, as well as the OHL for the Peterborough Petes.

More recently, she has signed on as the Mental Performance Coach for both the Mens and Women’s Chinese National hockey teams for the 2022 Beijing Olympics
