Ready for your PEP TALK?  This week I am sharing a little behind the scenes of the podcast and my "Crush the Rush" method.

When I first started this podcast, it was a mission to answer the question I always get asked. "How do you do what you do." Specifically, how I personally work full time and manage my business, family and all the things. So I dove in deep and started sharing all the tools and techniques I used. I am crazy passionate about teaching women how to build a side hustle (insert job of their dreams) without sacrificing weekends and their priorities and that will always be the purpose, however based on some feedback (thank you) and my mission to really help working women build a lifestyle they love, the podcast topics are going to shift a bit to start to share more of a business focus. Specifically how you can build that side-hustle on your schedule! As in these are the STEPS! (Because it is exactly what I did and am doing!) And of course, it will always include my spin on things which will be self-care, wellness and working momlife! (Because to build a better business, you have to take care of yourself too!)
