The foundation of what we're doing is pretty simple - it's all about being present and mindful, without getting caught up in judging our thoughts. When we practice mindfulness, we can just be here now, instead of getting tangled up in worries about the past or future.
Once we're feeling nice and relaxed, we'll start painting a picture in our minds of our ideal life. We'll make it feel super real by imagining all the little details - what we see, hear, and feel in this dream life of ours.
Then, when we're really into that visualization, I've got a little surprise twist for us.
