Marco Santarelli is an investor, author, and the founder of Norada Real Estate Investments, a national real estate investment firm providing turnkey cash-flow investment properties in growth

markets nationwide. He is also the host of the Passive Real Estate Investing show. Marco purchased his first real estate investment at the age of 18. Got licensed and sold real estate to the age of 23, and later acquired over 83 units in 2004 and 2005. Today, Marco is a licensed California real estate broker who runs several successful real estate companies with a focus on helping investors create wealth and passive income with real estate.
