My courage through Chronic illness with Blessing Dada

Growing up Blessing struggled with mental health due to various and ongoing issues in her life.

Later in life Blessing was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness disease along with depression but despite her difficulties, Blessing is determined to speak for Minorities on Mental Health and discrimination.

Blessing also writes for https://seechange.ie/ with https://spunout.ie/ and is Award-winning Mental Health writer in 2019.
