Jayson talks about finding two things that you can improve from yesterday, and writing them down. After 60 days you’ll be surprised at where you’re at and how far you’ve come.

If you’re not happy with where you’re at in life, make a change. Don’t let other people influence your decisions on your happiness. Quit filling up other people’s boxes, and start making progress towards what you want to do with your life!
