She went on to teach in studio but when Covid hit, her close friend Natasha Oakley encouraged her to partner and start The Pilates Class - online courses that ultimately feel like Jacqui is there with you in person. We dive into how to create healthy habits with movement and nutrition - getting it in when you can, working out on vacation, and prepping for summer. Jacqui shares her pregnancy experience which also led her to start The Birthing Class.
