No doubt you've encountered the monkey mind when:

You've encountered financial stresses
You're experiencing inconvenient or debilitating illness
You're unhappy with your body/physical appearance
You had an embarrassing mishap in bed
Any other circumstance where you feel out of control or feel unsafe
The monkeys can be very loud, and it can be easy to get absorbed in their three ring circus.

But you certainly don't want monkeys behind the wheel of your car driving your life.
