Antoinette is a champion of diversity and inclusion and has successfully shifted gender transformation from 19-42% at management levels in last 4 years. Recognizing the power of people in transformation, Antoinette leads Unilever’s global manufacturing excellence program for the People Development pillar with a membership of 250 owned Unilever manufacturing sites globally.
