We just finished teaching the first ever Oxygen Advantage certification in New Zealand together and I got the chance to sit down with fellow master trainer Nigel Beach for this epic podcast. Nigel is a coach that's been using breath training with elite athletes across the world for longer than anyone else I know! He's a legend within sport in New Zealand and Australia, a physiotherapist who specialises in helping athletes take their physical and mental performance to new levels.He's worked with some of the greatest athletes in the world, many international rugby players and teams including the New Zealand Allblacks. Nigel isn't just a legendary physio and coach, he is a legend of a human that hosted me and my wife for our stay in Mount Maunganui, where we not only shared his world renowned sauna and ice bath but also his BBQ skills.
