I mention her age because it is crazy what she has been able to achieve, all before her 20th birthday.

Having left school at 15 Ryleigh got a job in radio and has been moving her way up to the point where she is managing one of Sydney's most popular breakfast shows. She is super driven and has a crazy work ethic, she very much embodies what I talk about on this show which is why I am so excited to have her on today.
