Bank ceo sent memo that reminded people of Lehman - there’s no real evidence though - oct 27 they will release earnings which may indicate issues with the bank - archegos and other hedge fund collapses may be an issue with ongoing losses - experts think there will be a bail out or some type of bail out - probably Swiss govt

Opec may cut by 1 million barrels a day wed - congress is threatening saudis with not selling planes and parts to them if they cut

This was telegraphed last week so the up move in this isn’t shocking wt all
