The judgements that are thrown out by people who don't have your processing challenges. Who have no idea how your brain works or how to actually support you.

We only ever focus on what we can't do. 

But increasingly the personality content online is inaccurate and doesn't represent Myers-Briggs's work. But the limitations we often apply and our conditioning.
