305: Managing the Overwhelm of the Holiday Season

Today I want to share a little bit about managing your energy this holiday season. What does that look like for you?

The holidays can be a stressful time for many of us.

Buyers's remorse, pressure from family, over scheduling events, and the fear of judgement are some of the many things I've heard women name as a source for their stress during the holidays.

I invite you to welcome it in, and then ask yourself, "What am I learning from this situation?"

It's ok to say "no." You have to set healthy boundaries to manage your energy, your resources, and your time.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends, and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season, and remember, you are enough.
