Brad and Pathway director Gino Grasso team up to talk about how to navigate recruiting through platforms and events, what to do in advance, why events such as his are a great route for not only the player but the coach and how being real can make the process better for everybody.  Grasso, a veteran in the field of recruitment, gives great insight on the why, the purpose and the cause of recruiting.  The worst thing a family can do is wing it or pretend to be an expert when trying to help their child find a "Best Fit".
