**WRAP-UP** In this first episode, I share with you how this podcast started. How the so-called "Worshopper Master" programme initiated by AJ&smart -a Berlin-based digital product design studio- gave me the knowledge I needed to become more confident in my work as a facilitator with companies whose teams and industries I don't know.
