In this episode of The Ferment, Adam chats with Dale Dimapindan about his immigration experience, getting connected to the Vineyard through musical friends, and how he got into playing bass. Dale shares some lessons he learned about how to serve a song as a bass player, how sharing a common goal unites a band, and the different things you can learn as a musician playing with worship bands and bar bands.   Dale Dimapindan is a 1st generation Filipino who immigrated to the US in 1983. He committed his life to Christ at Vineyard Fullerton in 1998 and is a member of the worship team. He was “forced” to play bass because “nobody else wanted to” but he eventually became passionate about bass, music, and worship. When not playing bass, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, or his local tattoo shop :) Show Notes: Vineyard Worship resources en español https://www.vineyardworship.com/adoracion Worship Team Dynamics by Terry Butler https://crossrhythms.co.uk/products/Terry_Butler_Randy_Butler/Worship_Team_Dynamics/122277/
