Frustration. Disappointment. Fear that it's not working. Whenever these feelings start to come up for me, it's because I'm having trouble trusting the process. My expectations are off...especially on "how long it should take". Whether it's in our working lives, our relationships, our health or our personal growth, learning to stick with the process and keep going is essential if we want to see the results we're after. Here's what I doing to keep myself in that trusting-the-process zone!
